Tips for a Smooth Stay During Construction
Full transparency: Construction work will occur from April 15 to November 14, 2025 (Monday-Saturday, within local noise ordinance hours). Parking is limited—please text for your permit if needed. The pool/hot tub will be closed late June–mid-August, and there may be additional noise from adjacent unit work. We recommend packing earplugs for daytime naps or planning outings during construction hours. The excellent location and value—described by the owner as one of the best in town—make this property ideal for travelers focused on exploring Telluride, rather than spending the day indoors.

Construction and Property Notices
- Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025.
- There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer.
- We anticipate intermittent construction noise.
- Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturday.
- In May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
- There is construction work being done in the adjacent unit.
